I'd imagine that Christian Cage would be resigned, since he's proven popular with WWE fans. Samoa Joe is too talented to pass up, though I don't know how he'd fit with the current WWE product.
Jeff Jarrett is obviously out. I doubt the Dudleyz would be signed, since WWE has no interest in tag teams other than MNM right now. They might or might not sign A.J. Styles, but his lack of mic skills would probably doom him. WWE already has a spectacular, high-flying non-mic wrestler in Rob Van Dam.

Theyd snap up alot of them, and then job them out on Velocity as revenge for daring to try and make a living. Cage especially. They use Joe maybe, but expect him to become a total puss in the 'E

probably no-one other than Christian. They had a chance to get pretty much all these guys along time-ago. As far as the new young talent? Look what there doing to shelton. At best they'll get the same treatment the juice got.

Christian , Styles , Daniels , Joe and AMW would get roster spots on the main shows. AMW would be WWE Tag Champions by the next PPV since thier in a total class above what the WWE has as tag teams.
Jarrett for daring to challenge Vince wouldn't even get an offer. Due to bad feelings that Jarrett personally got Vince back on a 1999 PPV payout.

Monty and Abyss would probably fit into the WWE very well , AJ would end up like London in the crusierweights and getting beat up by the big guys. Daniels , i think might fare better than AJ , he has a more distinct look and personality. Joe might end up in the midcards , same with Christian.

Daniels looks smaller though, which is partly why they've never showed much interest in the past.

I think Vince would sign The Naturals and give them a diva as thier attraction. The Naturals and AMW would give the WWE a tag team boost .
Abyss would be signed to fued with Kane or Taker. The big man can be over...and can put on memborable matches with guys like Rhino and Styles.
Kid Kash is doing pretty well in the WWE . Lets hope after his arm heals they'll push him to Smackdown's mid-card. I'd love to see a Benoit/Kash fued.

Well, assuming that WWE were actualy SMART about what to do:
AMW would get some exposure as a tag team, most likely feuding with MNM. The Naturals could also be added, but I agree that they might need a good diva manager. Stacy Keibler maybe?
AJ could be a strong midcarder for the WWE. I'm thinking either IC title on Raw or US title on Smackdown. He'd feud with Shelton Benjamin, Edge, Booker T, or Randy Orton, depending on which brand he was sent to. I would LOVE to see AJ vs. Mysterio!
Samoa Joe would be a shooter like Benoit or Malenko, with a more "monster" feel. Perhaps he could even feud with Benoit; I could see those two having some stiff matches.
Smaller guys like Petey Williams, Christopher Daniels, and Sabin would make fine additions to the Cruiserweight division. (again, this is all assuming WWE took them seriously) Added with the likes of Paul London, Juvi, Chavo Guerrero, Matt Hardy, and Kash, it could be a very good division.
Hell, if done right, even Monty Brown might improve his in-ring ability. If Cena can get over, there might be hope for the Alpha Male.
With the proper training, Tracy Brooks might even be a decent addition to the women's divison. Perhaps similar to Victoria.

many of the guys in the x division: joe, aj, daniels, sabin, dutt, aries. joe is just too good to past up. aj might go to smack down as cruiser weight fodder along with daniels. dutt and sabin made a great team and have a awesome array of moves. petey williams they would definately want to pick up for two reasons: CANADIAN DESTORYER

I don't think that WWE would let Petey do the destroyer. Undertaker is the only one that they let do any kind of piledriver after Chyna's neck was broken by a piledriver. Also, many times the person on the recieving end of the tombstone piledriver's head doesn't even hit the canvas.

Nearly all of the former WWE talent probably wouldn't get a second look. The WWE has no clue how to book a guy like Daniels so he'd probably get passed on as well. Aries, Sabin, Dutt, Strong, Shelley, Bentley and Co. would unfortunately be lost in the shuffle since the cruisers aren't even an afterthought.
The guys that I think are locks are:
Samoa Joe- He brings a fresh style and people love him. If the WWE let him go over strong he'd be a big attraction.
Styles-RVD is getting a little older and slower and Styles could definitely fill that niche. He can be a little to spotty at times but the matches with Daniels and Joe this year shows that he is too good to pass on.
Abyss-repackaged slightly or given an even goofier gimmick.
Monty Brown-Has the charisma and look. He has a lot of upside.
AMW- Heel AMW is gold. I could see them getting over.
Gail Kim- They screwed the pooch by letting her go the first time. I think they'd try to fix that since their women's division is in shambles.
Team Canada- Don't laugh. A1 is pretty useless but Vince would love that guy. Roode is solid and could be good in an enforcer type role. Eric Young is a hoot to watch, he is good in the ring and he is a great crybaby type heel. Petey just has cocky a$$hole stamped all over him. Redo their gimmick slightly and they could work in the WWE.
They'd probably try to sign Sting but I doubt he'd go.
Christian is a big question mark. They need a good solid worker like him but I think Vince would not sign him out of spite.

WWE's tried to sign Sting on many occasions. He doesn't want to work a regular schedule.

Odds are if Vince signed any TNA guys...he'd screw them over for some petty grudge ala WCW. Thus flushin another great InVasion angle down the toilet lol.

Actually, Traci's already trained. She's worked a whole bunch of indy shows. She's not super-spectacular, but she's decent as long as the other girl's got talent.

I think that the X-Division big three would be a lock. Joe, AJ, and Daniels could just continue doing their thing (although I'm sure it'd be on Velocity). Other than that, I could see Abyss and Monty Brown getting a chance. Maybe Christian, just because he walked from the E when he had a chance, and I'm sure there'd be some payback for that.
For the most part, I'd say there's a good reason why all the other ex-WWE wrestlers are ex-WWE wrestlers. I like Rhino and the Dudleys, but I have no idea what the WWE would want to do with 'em that they hadn't done before.

Honestly, I dont see Vince treating them any different than how he treated the WCW/ECW guys in The InVasion angle.
He'd job them out over and over to guys like Chris Masters and Mark Henry.

Yep....he'd blow poential money with a TNA fued like he did WCW . Sad but true. Thats pettyness. Even though Jarrett has worked pretty well as a heel..he wouldn't be signed. I'm shocked Vince tried to get Shane Douglas for the ECW PPV ...this year he's gonna try again. ;)
