My friend was telling me about this episode of JLU where John Stewart and Hawkgirl go into the future and have a baby or something. He told me that John keeps turning into a white man with "reddish/blondish" hair. He asked me if that was Guy Gardener. I hadnt seen the episode so I couldnt answer. I was wondering if anyone has seen this episode and could tell me who it was.

Yeah. It was the big time travel episode, and realities kept shifting. At one point, John turns into Hal.

And that episode I believe was the Season 3 ender called The Once and Future Thing: Time, Warped.

Although, it was Batman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern John Stewart who followed a time traveling thief into the future, not Hawkgirl. It was when Stewart met War Hawk, his son.

Yeah, Batman, Wonder Woman and Jon Stewart are the JLU team that follows Chronos. First they go back in time and team up with the DCU's Wild West heroes, Bat Lash, Jonah Hex, El Diablo, etc. That's the first parter. In the second parter they go to the future and end up face to face with Batman Beyond, an older Static Shock, and Warhawk. Warhawk sees Jon Stewart and goes *Dad?* in an OMGWTFBBQ moment for all JLU fanboys and girls everywhere. Of course he is Rex Stewart, the son of Jon Stewart and Shayera Hol, better know as Hawkgirl.

Very good episode, if only for the big reveal in that. Oh, and Jon Stewart, because time is literally falling apart around them because of Chronos' interference in different times, at one point changes into Hal Jordan, and then back again.

Again, a cool episode, and I didn't spoilerize anything because it's pretty old at this point. The Once and Future Thing was the name of the two part episode.
