2006 Direct-to-Video Contest for Chicago?

Anyone know whether Wizard will be holding a sub-4 minute film contest this year for Wizard World Chicago? If so, is April 1 the likely deadline, as it was last year? I haven't seen anything yet in the magazine (though I missed the February issue) or on the site yet.
