Personally I think this one looks a lot more like a custom job. The other one (if they are in fact different figures and not just worse pics this time around) looked like something done profesionally by one of the big companies, but this one not so much.

I also noticed the asking price is dramatically less this time. Not sure what happened, but interest isn't as high for it this time around.

The first Batman was back on Ebay some time later. I don't know the final price or what happened, but I think it didn't go as high as on the first time.
(on Jan-11-06 it went for $202.50, 24 bids)

It's better than I could do. And it looks like it could go for less than the price of the original figure. :)
