Pull List questions

I'm in the middle of a hot issue. I'm gonna trim down my pull list and heres the books I'm currently looking at.

New Excalibur

All-Star Batman
All-star Superman
Nightwing
Manhunter

52* ( * On occasions its out ...)

Supergirl & the Legion of Superheroes


I'm debating dropping X-Men , New Exclibur or F'n Spiderman at the moment.


Books dropped thus far in 2006: Robin , Flash , Wonder Woman , Ultimate Spiderman , Ultimate X-Men , Hawkman , Captain America and Incredible Hulk.

are you asking which one i would drop were i in that position? if so, i would go with uncanny x-men. i still like it but has been several years since i looked forward to it.

cant speak for DC since i dont buy any DC titles

I'd say drop Spider-Man. Hasn't been readable in years.

I tried picking up Spidey again recently, but all this Spider-Totem crap is even dumber than the clone stuff from ten years ago. I mean come on, Spidey getting killed by some lame Dracula wannabe, climbing out of his own body and emerging from a cocoon with stupid new powers? Bleah!

No its between X-Men ( adjectiveless) , New Excalibur and FN:Spiderman for me. Thats my 2 choices..what 1 or 2 should I drop ? Its a question for me. ;)

I'd say New Excalibur, I'm not too impressed with it, it's a fun read, but I don't think about it again or wait in awe for the next issue, so drop it. ;) xP

Drop X-Men. Bachalo is going to be the artist on it in a few months. His artwork is not justification for staying on a title no matter how good the writer is.

Ok. Drop all those Marvel titles except for New Avengers. Start collecting Daredevil, Punisher, and Ultimates.

DC. Get rid of all of them until the Infinite Crisis crap is over. All Star Batman sucks ass, so drop that. Uh.....I guess keep the All Star Superman. Go back and buy all the trades for 100 Bullets.

There you go, 5 titles a month. Plus a few TPBs.

In fact, there is a local comicbook shop that I don't support because the owner is a jerkoff. Maybe it will burn down some time soon :D

That would be the second last thing I'd ditch. (Runaways is the last)

EDIT: Ah, just read your rant. I get you now. My recommendation is more sound then. Two big ol' homos right there in Marvel's new flagship teen book :D . (And, yes, it's got the T+ rating, but we've got drugs and rape in there too, ok?)

Why not drop Amazing and keep Friendly? JMS's run has become mediocre at best and you could use some more fun on your pull list. Looking at it a second time I have to ask where is Runaways?

I never could get into Runaways when it 1st launched awhile back. I tried the " Marvel Must Haves" with Sentinal & Runaways.

I've collected Amazing for a long time. I'd hate to drop Amazing due to this 1 bad arc. I do think " Road to Civil War " could be a good story. So we'll see.
