Inventions that have turned on the heroes who use them?

Reading Astonishing Xmen' Danger Room arc got me thinking about how cerebro gained sentience and turned on them. And then other teams...

Superheroes should really install firewalls and such.

Anyone care to try and make a cannonical list of inventions that have turned on the heroes who use them? this list should exclude inventions that got out of hand and be limited only to inventions that gained sentience and tried to kill them.
