First actual meeting of Daredevil and Elektra after her death

Can you tell me the issue where the two meet after her death from Bullseye?

In 190 her ressurection was interupted by DD. And she didn't come back during this issue.

DD "purified" her during the ressurection through force of will, so she did not come back as an evil Hand zombie. But it was implied that Stone gave his life force to her to finish the resurrection.

But she was shown at the end of the issue scaling the mountain she could not scale before. This could be seen as some afterlife entry, but since Stone was all dissolved, and Elektra's body was gone, the conclusion is clear.

Before Fall From Grace, they met in Elektra Lives Again, but Marvel doesn't acknowledge that book as being in-continuity anymore.

I mean, heck, Bullseye gets executed, then resurrected, then decapitated and cremated.
