Well, i saw the news item listed on tvshowsondvd.com, but nothing has been officially announced, so i wasn't sure if Tad will/would/did have anything to do with it..or even if it's a rumour..Disney has not officially announced anything yet..

I'm definitely into Darkwing and Gummi Bears being on DVD. I watched all the other Disney afternoon stuff, but these two were the best.

Gummi Bears had great fantasy and adventure stories. It's no worse than liking Duck Tales or Chip 'N Dale. But Gummi Bears (and Darkwing, with its Batman-esque elements) had the best stories.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it! :)

Third season Gummi Bears was my season. I tried to push the legendary elements.

My involvement with Darkwing DVD: absolutely none. I assume it will be like the Rescue Rangers DVD with just the episodes, no frills.

I've got my agent trying to get me complimentary copies.

Tad who?

I'm disapointed to hear you were not just sent a copy, Tad.

Was the 3rd season where the Gummi Bears started trying to contact the lost gummi's more seriously? I know that was the season when Gruffi, Tummi, and Cubby went for a boat ride and ended up on Arty's island (that was one sweet dragon)

I DVR'd Chip n' Dale for a few nights, but their voices just drove me NUTS. Remember, ohhfrick Bonkers. Yea thats the one. Bonkers was okay. I tried to watch Gargoyls again, eh. Just wasnt there like it was.

See? I knew I liked that show for some reason! :)

You need to add that to your IMDB listing, Tad.

I was totally kidding Rick, Tad, and everyone else. I'm sure Gummi Bears was the bomb. I just never got the chance to see it, therefore was basing my comments on the title alone. I did however like Darkwing Duck and Tailspin back in the day.

I loved the Disney Afternoon. Well, most of it at least. I think TailSpin is my favorite overall, but DuckTales, Darkwing Duck and Gummi Bears were all up there too. (Gummi Bears had the best theme song. "Dashing and daring, corageous and caring...") Never cared for Rescue Rangers, and I hated the later additions like Goof Troop and Bonkers. Of course, maybe I was the wrong age by then. (Wait a minute, I think I was the wrong age the whole time...)
