Is it possible to e-mail him or anything?
i'm 17 and in a wheel chair, liturally can't even get in a car by myself so... nope can't go to a comic con or anything, nor do I have any money to buy something really expensive on ebay, haha... not sure I trust ebay with that stuff anyways.
but is there anyway possible that I could try and email or something? thanks.
Much love, God bless,
J.D.

Yeah, what this group of people won't do or try to do for you is something else. My circumstance is that I live on the extreme atlantic coast of North America where our closest con would possibly be something in Boston maybe, even still too far away for me to go to. On one occasion, I had someone get me something at SDCC (still love her for her doing that....), and possibly might have 1 or 2 guys try to get something for me at WonderCon...it doesn't get better than that.

Yeah, I gotta agree. This is the best board on the planet. I can't even count the amount of times I've gotten sweet Mignola loot in the mail. Things I had kindly requested along with goodies I didn't even know about! This place definitely has some good, good folks.

Ya know, and I say this at the risk of sounding like a bigger geek than I already am, but I think the sophistication of Mike's work shows in the attitudes of his fans. It seems that those with a bit of a more mature taste in art and story are drawn into Mignola's world and maybe that is reflected in their personalities and their approach to dealing with others.
I could be reaching here, but it was just a thought that occured to me...
As you were.

Hahaha! hey guys, I got a question for you that draw, what pencils and pens do you use? I haven't drawn for awhile but Mignolas art has really inspired me and all I have now are just regular pencils and paper, i'm sure this would be helpful to my sister as well, shes an artist but not sure on what to use.

Use whatever works! I use col-erase pencils, Staedler pigment liners, Tombo brush pens, and mostly typing paper. Regular typing paper's cheap and easy to scan.

I use non-repro blue pencils (in lead holders) for layouts, and whatever kind of pen I can get my hands on when inking. More finished stuff will require the ol' Windsor Newton brush, crowquills, those Sakura ink pens that come in different sizes, or whatever works for you. :)

But needless to say, his address in hand, JD's request shall be made good if I have anything to say about it... I guess Mike has the last word though. :)
