Superboy: The Series Dvd's

They finally are going to release Superboy: The Series (http://www.supermanhomepage.com/tv/tv.php?topic=interviews/ilya-salkind-superboy) on dvd.

This is truly GREAT news! Among the best news heard all day. SUPERBOY: THE SERIES was a true delight. Gerard Christopher was a terrific choice, perfect for the part of young Clark Kent (which means we'll have to wait to see him 'till the second season DVD comes out). I'm not normally a DVD person, but I'm gobbling this thing up as soon as I can before the Salkinds get back on their meds and pull it out.

There was one episode with Ron Ely (Tarzan, Doc Savage, who would have made a great Superman himself) as a villain that was very noteworthy.

Didn't Cary Bates write for this show? It would explain much of its quality.
