I really dig this series and hope others are reading it too. It has been long wait for this issue and i thought it was decent. I liked the backstory on sam and wolf and cant wait to see where this is going to go. looks like ellis is coming into the program quite well and he should figure some things out soon. Looking forward to the next read and hope some of you are too!

When did #5 come out? Must have missed it.
I think #4 showed how good this series could be.

i know. this book isnt really getting the push that it should. many have lost interest in it and dont know when the next one hits the stands. it is on the backburner for many readers if it is even on the stove at all! I hope that word gets around and people feel the same that i do about this series. I think it is excellent and look forward to the next.

Yeah i think this is one of my favorite books right now. Highly underrated, seems like very few people are digging it. i think it was hard to get readers involved because visually the book looked like just another Youngblood or Wildcats type book. This comic is in dire need of a Free Comic Book Day issue. all people need to do is read one and theyll be hooked like i was.

I agree that this is a highly addicting, well-written series. Of course, the art is awesome (Silvestri is one of my favorites). It's really nothing like most other superhero books... in fact, I would hesitate to call it a "superhero" book at all. It's more of a conspiracy tale, ala X-Files, with a Top Cow attitude. It reminds me a lot of the type of book Vertigo would publish, which is a high compliment.

While it's true that this book isn't getting the hype and press that it deserves, that would almost go without saying because it's not published by DC or Marvel. You know right off the bat that Top Cow books aren't going to get as much attention as DC or Marvel books anyway. The important thing is to do your part to spread the word to whatever degree you can. Recommend it to anyone.
And it would be wrong to say that no one is reading it. There are people on the Top Cow board hanging on with anticipation every issue. The biggest problem is that it's getting pushed back farther and farther all the time. If the publication schedule was handled a little better, it would see a lot more attention.

I agree. That was one of the most emotionally charged single issues I've read in a long time. People who are snoozing on this series are cheating themselves.
BTW - Number 6 will be the best issue of the series.
