The solicits for IC4 said there would be "a startling change to the recently deceased". Who is this supposed to be regarding?
Having read IC4, I assumed it was related to the many brutal killings at the hands of Superboy prime. However, we never see them come back.

I think a lot of people were thinking that statement in the solicit sounded like it'd be affecting MANY dead people.
