When was it said these guys were mutants?

i was flipping through a confirmed list of depowered mutants (i think in Wizard?) and i noticed Radius, Flex, Murmur and Ghost Girl (I think) from Alpha Flight v.2 were depowered.

When were these guys listed as mutants?

The Wizard List is flawed, but as far as I know of the list only Jade Dragon wasn't a mutant.
Checking online profiles they're all mutants according to Marvel. :)

Radius' father was Unus the Untouchable, so that makes him a mutant.
Flex's father was meant to be Wolverine, but that was never confirmed.

My understanding is that children of mutants with the same powers as their parents are not mutants.

They have active X-Genes, and are still mutants according to Cerebro and Wanda's 'No More Mutants' woogie. :)

Supposedly the whole idea of them having them all having spent time in "Hull House" was that the place was the Canadian governmants secret mutant farm.

Most new recruits (the ones you listed above) in Alpha Flight v2 were mutants. As well as being orphans. When they came of age, they left their respective Orphanage and were recruited. I think.

But yeah, they are/were all mutant.
