Did the third season of X-Men Evolution ever get released on DVD?

In a liquidation sale at a store I went to today, there were slim pickings, but I found a X-Men Evolution DVD, Mystique's Revenge that had the season finale on it.

I never got to see it on TV and I was wondering if the third season was released. Downloading the episodes is not really an option for me since I'm hard of hearing and I need the subtitles.

Is there one? I looked on Amazon and didn't see it. If not, are there plans to release them?
