Agent Dogget in the final seasons of X-files. I loved X-files for its first six or seven seasons but it got really bad really fast towards the end. Dogget was its only redeeming feature.

Drew Carey as Drew Clark on The Good Life in 1994. He played the wacky comedic relief Kramer type on an otherwise crap sitcom. Although I'm willing to bet his performance on the show got him his own series.
