Doc Banner and Rick Jones, obviously. Then there was that PAD issue where they brought back Banner's asssistant Igor, who blamed himself. And now Rick Jones' friend in She-Hulk #4. Is there anyone else?

I'm partly responsible, and will never be able to forgive myself.

I know during the years where Hulk had banner mind (the wise cracking Hulk)

There was this guy who sabatage the operation who accepted responbillty but also tried to justified it by saying there was a lot of good that came out of it..all the people Hulk save

if he going to accept the bad..he should accept the good to

That was Igor.

Heh, Cold War era military base, and the guy spying on it picked the cover name Igor. I'd call him an idiot, but base security bought it, so...

That or Stan just didn't feel like being subtle that day.

Don't forget Doc Samson, who freed the Hulk once when he was captured.

Eh, Doc's got enough pathos, like getting superpowers because he was hitting on his patient's girlfriend. I was thinking more along the lines of who blames themselves for the creation of the Hulk.
