Title explains it all. I shall begin.

Night Court Season 2: The first season set was great. They haven't made another in so long. So hop to it, WB!

Ultra Q-Ultraman Max(exclude Tiga since it's already out): Some of the most popular Japanese shows ever created and we don't get them? Bull crap!

Kamen Rider-Kamen Rider Ryukki(exclude V3 since it's already out): Darn it! Get the stupid things on DVD already!

Godzilla The Series: This show ruled! Put more than cruddy Monster Wars out! Get the whole series on DVD!

Prison Break: I love this show. So get it on DVD volumes already!

Ultraman Movies: Classics taken away from America. Bring them over here with the sagas.

Whose Line(Drew Carry): Ten times funnier than the British version, this is the show that made us laugh while we used our imagination.

Drew Carry Show: One of the funniest sitcoms ever.

Arrested Development Seasons 3 to whenever it starts getting crappy.

(Yes, I know, I'm a hopeless loser.)

Dexter's Laboratory, Megas XLR.

Oh, and I would love the same for the Jackie Chan Adventures cartoon.

Twin Peaks Season 2 (and the pilot episode). I've been dying to get this for what . . . 3 years now.

Season sets of The Incredible Hulk. I'm not buying that "best of" set.

Season sets of the 60's Batman television show.

I wouldn't mind nice sets of the 90's X-Men: The Animated Series. Or most of the other Marvel animated series from that time.

Oh and here's another big one I desperately want.

A ONE volume set of the Showtime Masters of Horror TV series.

Because there is no way in hell I will support it in the format they're going to be releasing the show in this year. 1 episode per DVD (1 hour) for $15. Biggest rip off in TV/DVD history.

So far the only two episodes I really feel like I'd like to own are Cigarette Burns and The Deer Woman. The other eps were okay but nothing fantastic in my opinion.

Put me down for Tick cartoons. I'd also like to see Brimstone, Vengeance Unlimited and Eyes released on DVD.

I'm anxiously awaiting the rest of the NewsRadio sets (tomorrow wouldn't be soon enough, even though there's finally a release date for season 3). I'd love to see Dexter's Lab, Daria, the Drew Carey Show, and especially The Chris Isaak Show on DVD. The two that I expect I'll never, ever see are Perry Mason and Cupid (Jeremy Piven's show from a few years ago). Someone needs to prove me wrong on those!

I was hoping to buy the Albert Brooks film Modern Romance yesterday but it turns out the release got pushed back at the last minute to May 2nd :(

That was the last of his old movies to be release on DVD. And one of if not his best movies.

Kill Bill 1 and 2 boxed sets, with deleted scenes, videos of the 5-6-7-8s and other cool stuff.

The complete digitally remastered Fleisher Studios run of Popeye. And Betty Boop. And Superman. Sure you can get cheapjack versions at the Everything's a Dollar store, but seriously, they deserve the treatment that Warner Bros. is giving Looney Tunes! And good luck finding any of those raunchy Betty Boop cartoons that featured Cab Callaway's vocals!

Complete seasons of Doctor Who. You can get individual story arcs, but not whole seasons. Admittedly quite a few of the older eps are lost, but what remains should be brought back into circulation.

Are Chuck Jones' TV productions of Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book stories out on DVD? I distinctly recall a marvelous adaptation of Riki-Tiki-Tavi, as well as Mowgli's Brothers and the White Seal. Also, Jones did a lovely half-hour called "Carnival of the Animals", in which Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck performed Camille Saint-Saens's Carnival of the Animals, with stylized animation sequences and the poems of Odgen Nash. Quite funny and very entertaining.

I thought, following the release of Volumes 1 & 2, there was to be a combined movie (as QT had originally wanted) called Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Mess. I have been holding out for this.

I would also love a version of Beavis & Butt-Head do America featuring a commentry by Mike judge as the 2 stars.

Series-wise I would like to see: Brimstone, X-men: Evolution, The Invaders (the '60s series, starring Roy Thinnes) & My Name is Earl (I've only seen the 1st episode [just started showing here last friday], but am sold on it already).

For some reason I've been thinking a lot the last few days about that old FOX show, Parker Lewis Can't Lose.

It premiered the same year as NBC's ill-fated Ferris Beuller series and was what that show should have been.

SciFi shows Amazing Stories, but they seem to be mostly the same episodes over and over and their scheduling is all over the place. I've managed to DVR about 15 of them, though. As far as Monsters and Tales...complete limbo. :(

Amazing Stories is the one. My favorite show from my youth needs to be on DVD, stat. Also, my second favorite childhood TV show, Friday the 13th: The Series. I loved those shows. One of the best single episodes of any show ever in the history of tv is the episode where Mickey travels back to Victorian London, and inspire Bram Stoker to write Dracula. Awesome TV episode.

I'm on a comic book website message board, and no one here's mentioned Justice League?

I want Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, I also want Batman Beyond, and I want them to be in the same style boxes as Batman and Superman's respective animated series', so that way I can have them all together on a shelf, going in order from the first Batman, to the last justice league from left to right.

I want all the cartoons from the animated dc universe in one collection, I will look at it on my shelf, I will geek out, and then I will watch them all. I don't think I'm asking for too much.

And while I'm here I'd also like to second the vote for MTV's The State. That show was gold. I'm Doug, and I'm outta heeeeeeeerrrrreeee

John Lassiter should work on a dubbed version of Studio Ghibli's "Only Yesterday". I saw the subtitled version of the Miyazaki-produced anime movie on TCM a few weeks ago, and it was quite lovely. Given that Lassiter and his friends have produced excellent and faithful dubs of Ghibli's other movies, I'd love to see how they handle this little slice-of-life gem.

Is "Homicide: Life on the Street" on DVD yet? C'mon! Ned Beatty, Richard Belzer, Michelle Forbes! The show was a gut-check crime drama that made the "Law and Order" franchise look like "Car 54, Where Are You?"

Spider-Man, the Fox Animated series, season by season. None of these theme-pack DVDs, let's get the whole show. And if they wrap up the interdimensional 'search for MJ' storyline(or have Stan Lee and the show's writers commentary that reveals how that was going to end), then, what more can I say than--(and you all knew it was coming)--Face it, tiger, you just hit the jackpot!

Count me in too, but its likely we wont be seeing anyting like that for a long, long time. A few years at least.

Take a look at this thread (http://www.clubtokyo.org/discuss/viewtopic.php?t=11232) to see what going on Tsuburaya productions and a big reason why we arent getting a real Ultraman DVD set here in the states, even though theyd probably sell pretty well.

They have bootleg sets of the original Ultraman on Ebay, but I hear the quality of those are terrible, but theyre the only subbed one available. They might have the Turner subbed Ultra 7 ones around, but I havent seen them.

Things I'd like to see on DVD:

Gargoyles Season 2 Vol. 2: I have Season 1 and Season 2 vol. 1, and I'm pretty sure this is coming, but I had to mention this. I'm looking forward to it alot. Gargoyles is a great show!

Eek the Cat: " Your girlfriend is really..um...fat! " "REALLY?! " hehehe. Come on already Disney (or whoever owns it now). Put this on dvd!!!

The Tick: Animated. I've heard rumors that this is coming this year. Hope so!

Animainics & Pinky & the Brain: Again, I've heard talk to this will be on dvd this year. Here's hoping!

Darkwing Duck: " Darkwing Duck, lets get dangerous!! " Really good Disney toon. Definitly want it on dvd!

Talespin: Another really good Disney toon. Great use of the Jungle book characters. Fun show.

90's FOX animated Spiderman: I think this is definitly the best Spidey cartoon of them all. I enjoyed this show alot. Season sets should be out already. lol.

90's FOX animated X-men: Prob my favorite X-men toon. Seasons set should definitly already be out on this one too!

X-men Evolution: While I prob like the animated 90s toon better, I did really like Evolution and it was just getting better and better as it went. I'd say right before it got canceled, it was just execellent. Definitly should have season sets on this one too.

Wonder Years: Someone else mentioned this, but I thought I'd mention it again. What a really good show! It definitly should be on dvd. Though, now that I think about it...it could be music rights issues thats holding it up. This show used alot of great music and the theme song was a Beatles song too (just like 'Life Goes On', which is coming to dvd...WITHOUT the Beatles song..*sigh* ). It would really suck if they couldn't keep With A Little Help From My Friends...(man I hate this music rights stuff..sheesh. its getting terrible..).

And I'm sure there are others, but those are the main ones!

So something interesting happens when you enter a title in Amazon:

Availability: NOT YET RELEASED: The studio is currently not producing this title, but to be notified when it is available, enter your e-mail address at right. You'll also be voting for this release; we'll let the studio know how many customers are waiting for this title.

I wonder what proportion of those actually get passed along to the studios. Great service if it happens.
