...I thought of something today.. ...What about bringing back Tom and Jerry, but as an Adult Swim cartoon show?


...See, my reasoning is, most of the old time Tom and Jerry fans are now mature enough to enjoy all the senseless violence without being disturbed about it. And every attempt at bringing back Tom and Jerry without the senseless violence has been a total flop.

...So why not bring back Tom and Jerry at a rating level where they can unleash all the most savage levels of cartoon violence possible?

Isn't it bad enough that the corporate vampires persist in making lame sequels to great shows like (choose one: Winnie the Pooh, Bugs Bunny, Muppets, The Secret of Nimh, Charlotte's Web, or write-in:_____)?

Besides, the old Tom & Jerry cartoons, the really old, really good ones, can't be topped.
