In todays case I will take on Norman Osborn and Gwen Stacy . In thier procedings over thier children ! As a Lawyer for Norman Osborn.


Richard ______ ( Me) : " Mr. Osborn in your own words , can you tell us what happened on the Spetember the 18th ? Now try to relax Mr.Osborn."

Norman Osborn: " Yes...yes I will. I met Gwen Stacy as she was a friend to my son. A very bad friend. "

Richard: " She was seeing one , Peter Parker was she not ? "

Norman: " Parker...how I hate and loath him. Always the...( I make a sign to cut it) Yes I met Gwen Stacy . She was seeing young Mr. Parker."

Richard : " And is it to be believed she threw herself at you ? "

Norman: " Yes. I was grieving over my sons LSD addiction and she....and she....ohhh god....she took advantage of me. I am just a man your honor. I wasn't prepared for how she pushed me for sex! "

Richard: " And thru this she ended up pregnet. With your children ? Mr. Osborn how did it make you feel when Ms. Stacy took them away ? "

Norman : " It angered me. Those were my children. They had the Osborn name. It was like Ms. Stacy used me for sex and to have kids and wouldn't let me be a father to them ."

Norman gets dismissed as Gwen Stacy takes the stand.

Richard: " Ms. Stacy , you claim your a victim here. That Norman Osborn forced himself on you. But thats not true is it ? The fact remains you had his children and then seeked to have him provide support for them ? "

Gwen Stacy : " No...no thats not true. He's an evil man ! Look what he's done to his son ."

Richard: " Ms. Stacy , Mr. Osborn has been nothing better to his son. He can not be blamed for his sons addictions just like you can't be blamed for trying to have Mr. Osborns children and get his money support."

Gwen Stacy : No!! He's evil..I'll never allow him around my children. Besides he was a lousy in bed ! "

All of a sudden my assistant comes running into the court room as I get the paper .

Richard: " Your honor , I'd like to present this as exhibit C. Ms Stacy....how many times have you and Mr. Parker been intimate ? "

Gwen Stacy : " Uhhh ( she starts sweatin....) Uhhhh never ? "

Richard: " Do you know what this is ? Its a DNA Paternity test done on young Gabriel. It says here Mr. Parker is the father. Now are you gonna tell the truth or shall I expose your scheme ? "

Gwen Stacy: " Ok....ok its true! It was all a plan by me to make Norman Osborn pay me so me and Peter could run off togethor & be rich. I tricked him into believein he was the father. Damn you Norman...and damn your Lawyer! "


Next week I nail the Fantastic Four's ass to the wall for endangering thier child ! Because I am.....Lawyer to the Marvel & DCU !

Gwen woulda went down fast....once I trotted out the DNA evidence she wouldn't stand a chance. In fact in my last case I even got a murderor off !

The DNA evidence is inadmissible. You failed to disclose it in discovery. You have no expert witness. There is no showing that the DNA in question came from who you claim it came from.

Maxwell Lord is up for murdering Ted Kord. As his lawyer I have to try and get him off.


Richard: " Mr. Lord is a good man. A man who cares about society. Were gonna prove here today that Max Lord was sadly under the inlfuence of Ted Kord's addictions to suger. Driven mad ...Maxwell Lord had no choice but to kill Ted Kord and free himself of this horrible addiction."

" Mr. Lord can you tell us in your own words what led up to the shooting of Ted Kord ? "

Maxwell Lord: " Yes...it all started a few years ago. I recruited a group for the United Nations. It was the Justice League. Unknowingly I sealed my doom that day."

Richard: " Its where you met , Ted Kord. Am I correct ? "

Max Lord : " Yes , sadly. It wasn't so bad at 1st. But over time his jokes and the food got worse. Ohhh the jokes. They were funny at 1st . But once I had Guy Gardner on the team it became worse and worse. I prayed for god to take me out ."

Richard: " It was about that time , him and a Booster Gold bought a tropical island with the funds of the team ? "

Max Lord: " Yes...yes it was. Ohhhh goddd. It was horrible. I couldn't even keep the team togethor. Thats where I started eating sweets. My blood suger soared . My doctor told me to not go around the moron. But no!!! He just wouldn't leave me alone! "

" Sweet christ! The man and Booster Gold made my life a living hell for years. Between eating all that suger I just lost it. I couldn't help it. He had to die."

Richard: " No one blames you Mr.Lord. You were a victim in all this. A victim of suger and Ted Kord. By god you poor man. How did you manage to live all these years ? "

We can sue him since he's millionaire for reckless endangerment. We'll make the leap that Ben Grimm knew you were down there and ruined your life by jumping on that building.

We'll call in Mastermind and Mole Man and claim Grimm has assaulted them for years. Mole Man will say Grimm usually screams out " Its Clobberin Time " when he goes into drunken rages.
