Just thought it'd be cool to compile a list of comic-book characters who derive their abilities due to a serum, chemical treatments, special herbs, etc. So far, I've got:
Green Goblin and Hobgoblin(normal and Ultimate).
Ultimate Hulk
Captain America(normal and Ultimate)
Sentry(although this could change...)
Black Panther
Cloak & Dagger
Guy Gardner: Warrior(kinda-sorta)
Bwana Beast and Freedom Beast.
Jay Garrick(and the other Flashes as well, to a lesser extent)
The Inhumans
Luke Cage
The Key
Mr. Hyde
Anyone think of anyone else?

Would Diablo count?

Would Diablo count?
Kinda-sorta. He makes potions, but doesn't use them on himself(aside from the lixer of life, to my knowledge).
Another few just occured to me: Detective Chimp, Captain Carrot, Ultimate Giant Man.
Edit: Oh, and didn't Absorbing Man get his powers from some Asgardian herbs or something?
Edit 2: Purple Man and the Corruptor also fall under this category.

Hourman. Hell, he owns a pharmaceuticals company.
Although I'd argue that Barry and Wally owe their speed to chemicals more than Jay. Jay got his through inhalation of heavy water vapors, whatever the hell that means exactly. But that would seem to imply radiation. Whereas Wally and Barry got theirs having lightning strike Barry's chemistry set and hit them. OK, weird speed force retcons aside. But it's still lightning, chemistry set, super speed.

Good point(and now that I think about it, Rival belongs on there as well).
Another one just occurred to me: Grey Gargoyle.
Edit: I just remembered: Madcap and Jack of Hearts.

Beast got his ape-form from a chemical he drank. Tom Strong, his long-life from a herb found on the island he grew up on. Tom "Doc" Strange recieved his powers from a serum he made called Alosun.
