Anyone remember Judgment In Infinity? (Wonder Woman)

Anyone remembers that?

Is it worth to hunt down and buy it?

I remember " Judgement Day" (1994)... does it count?
It was a cosmic adventure of WW alongside the JLA (JLI, JLA, JL Task Force) that takes place after "JLA:Breakdowns" storyline.
"Judgement Day" has several numbers across the three series.

Highlights:
The tree leagues (ww league, Cpt. Atom league, an MM League working together)

From what I recall, the story wasn't that great. Pretty generic stuff by Roy Thomas and Gene Colan. On the other hand, you can probably find the issues fairly cheap, so for a hit of nostalgia, you could do worse.
