Well, lemme hear 'em.
My resolution is to get you back you pirate bastard. I do most of my posting at work so in order to post the Pontiff urinal photo I had to save it on my work computer so I could post it on CBR using photobucket. Long story short I inadvertently saved the urinal photo as my wallpaper so it took up the whole computer screen. I left for work after that post so I missed the photo so it was there for everyone to see after I left.
To make matters worse I hadn’t gotten around to deleting all of the previous photos I posted on YABS and they checked the folder and well they saw everything. Including truly obscene photos of Manyfaye I never got around to posting because of the damned Kyuubi Treaty.
The good news is that no one cares if I go on the internet at work because there is nothing to do and we are all waiting until we no longer have a job as the building is shutting down and outsourcing. Most of us, me included, are quitting very soon because we have other jobs lined up. The bad news is that I’m never going to hear the end of this as several people at work are close friends of mine. Oh and by orders of my boss the Pontiff urinal photo is now the wallpaper on our PC for good.

One of my many resolutions involve you actually. I always read Hutch University but rarely let you know how much I like and depend on the strip. Sorry.

I've resolved to get a better hold of my anxiety, and to get out of debt entirely(aside from student loans, that is), the latter of which actually won't be that tough.

The only way I know how to post an image is to save it first and then upload it into my photobucket album. Once its there I cut the IMG tag, which photobucked has blessfully formatted from any picture I upload into my album, and paste on the thread I want the photo to appear in. So yes all photos I plan to post or have posted are in my picture folder until I delete them and there will be retribution for all the crap I have to endure until I quit or at last the company finally closes it doors for good thanks to globalization and outsourcing. In the words of Homer Simpson “nothing is ever my fault,” so I blame you and Pip. In the words of Cam 63, “It was nice knowing ya.”

I'm gonna lose some weight. Tired of being a fat ass.
I'm gonna go to church more.
I'm gonna get my house fixed up.
I'm gonna win $100 billion.
That's about it.

If I can be serious for a moment I want to stop threatening Az because if he takes me seriously well no one likes a visit form the FBI. Now that I think about swearing divine retribution, while using your real name, probably isn’t the smartest thing I’ve done. Anyway good luck to all of you and I hope we all follow through on our goals for the 2006 calendar year.

I resolve to actually have a resolution this year.
But I think I'm gonna break it.

See, that's why I never threaten anyone ... you know, since I use my real name and all.

I thought your real name was Jean Paul Valley and aren’t you presumed dead? Something about a fall if I remember correctly.

Yes, you got me, but for a while, I thought my real name was Batman. Then, I put the pipe down. Oh, and I'm not dead, I'm the new Spectre. Vengence is mine!!!!

Why? It’s not like he has anything to be modest about.

Let me put it this way:
Last year I made a resolution to be nicer to people. It was the fastest I ever broke one.
17.24 seconds.
I'm not joking, one of my more 'hilarious' friends timed me.
I vowed never to make a resolution again. So far, it's the only one that's stuck.

With all due respect WhiteRose I don’t believe you belong in the retail industry. You are one of the most outspoken people I’ve met on the net so I can just imagine how many times you’ve had to grind you teeth because you couldn’t tell a rude customer off. Honestly in an industry where the customer is always right and you have to shut up and take it I don’t see you there too long without going postal on someone.

No, the way I've been treated all my life in retail, I'd say she's right where she needs to be. ;)

I was in retail from the age of fifteen to the age of twenty-two. I would say that ninety percent of people you encounter are normal and if you treat them efficiently and politely, they are very courteous to you. Nevertheless, in real life one out of a hundred people are hard-nosed, belligerent, vulgar, assholes that will shock you with their level of rudeness. They know you cannot yell back so they really tear into you. As I said its only one person out of a hundred but when you are dealing with a thousand plus people a day, you have to deal with several of these people daily. What worse is that you start to get a distorted image of people after you have been abused on a daily basis.
What is worse is the politics that exists in the retail industry. Every time I have seen, a new manger brought in it was always a matter of time before the assistant manger gets fired so they can bring in someone they are used to working with.

Last year, I said I was going to get my first ever decent PC and move out of Port Glasgow and move somewhere better.
Both of those worked out as I got my shiny PC and moved to Erskine.
This year I want to get a car and get back to working full-time (which I haven't been able to do recently due to depression, anxiety and asthma) and just get my life back together. One of those new Powerbooks that are rumoured to be appearing soon would also be nice.

I don't make new year's resolutions because I'm either going to something or I'm not going to do it. Doesn't matter if made a resolution to do/not do something because if I haven't set my mind to do said task, it ain't happening.
I have some goals though I'd like to achieve this year:
buy a home and become 'in the family way'
Since both goals require the cooperation of my husband, if I don't achieve them it's obviously his fault and not mine ;)

My only resolution is to stop being lazy and start taking massive action on all the decisions I make. I always know what I should do but never actually get around to doing it.

My real* resolution is to kiss the CBR boards goodbye! Smell you later, losers! HAH HAH!
Actually, one of my main resolutions is to obtain better time management skills. I'm pretty far behind on a couple of things, and I need to learn how to plan things out better so that I can get caught up.

I've become shockingly used to idiots and rude customers, because I realise that, especially with the regulars, it is the only time they are emerging from their dark corners and suffering in real light. Human interaction is a foreign concept unless it involves a level 50 Blood Elf belonging to a nameless, faceless entity on the other side of the world and a pizza place that delivers.
It also helps to chant 'think of the money. You work in videogames all day long, and that is awesome. Think of the money' under your breath.
WhiteRose: Not going postal on anyone's ass since mid-2005!
